For personal assistance, email us. Describe the issue and include the app version, device model, and iOS or Android version when possible. For account-related questions, you may include the email address used for the account.

Never send one-time codes, passwords, complete payment details, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. We normally aim to reply within one business day.

SagoAI uses a time-limited one-time code sent by email. Confirm that the email address is correct and check your spam folder. If the code has expired, request a new one in the app.

Contact support if the message still does not arrive. Never send the one-time code to us.

Check that the device has an internet connection if a story, illustration, or audio narration cannot be created. Close the app completely, open it again, and retry.

If a story credit or audio token was used without the content being created, contact support. Describe what you attempted to create and approximately when the error occurred so we can investigate.

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. If a previous purchase is missing, confirm that you are using the same store account used for the original purchase.

For assistance, you may send the product name, date, and the store's order or transaction number to support. Never send complete card or bank details. Refunds are handled under the rules of the store where the purchase was made.

You can delete your account in the app under Profile → For adults → Account → Delete account. When the account is deleted, the account and associated stories, illustrations, and audio narrations are removed as described in the SagoAI Privacy Policy.
